7. open HKEY_LOCAL_MECHINE / Software / Microsoft / Windows / Curr entVersion / Policies
8. Right-click an empty area on the right hand window select New, DWORD value
9. give the name DisableRegistryToolsvalue on new Dword
10. double-click DisableRegistryToolsvalue fill with 1 then ok
11. open the HKEY_USERS / id_name
12. click on the file menu choose unload hive, click yes on the statement window
13. exit from regedit
14. restart the computer
