Back Up, Sync and Restore Contacts, Calendar and Data on Java Mobile Phone

To back up and restore contacts, as well as synchronization of Java-based phones, can use the My Phone Explorers. For application please download here:

NB: Do not forget to remove the sign *

The Step:

1. Plug the phone into a PC in a format com port

2. Applications Open MyPhoneExplorer

3. Go to FILE>> SETTINGS (or press F2)

4. Check Com Port on the Connection, the same right to the phone port

5. Do not forget to check its port by clicking on Search for Devices

6. Wait until there is notification “Device Found”. If not detected, unplug the data cable and then repeat again from number 1.

7. Now we go to phase synchronization or backup – restore.

Synchronization Contact with Outlook

1. Perform steps 1-7 above number.

2. Select the “SYNC” and select “Outlook” on the dropdown Contacts.

3. Then click out of the window so that the ADVANCE SETTINGS FOR OUTLOOK

4. Then click on EXCEPTIONS to sort choose which contacts will be synchronized

5. Click Ok, and wait a while until synchronization is complete.

6. Completed

Synchronization Contact with Google Contacts

1. Perform steps 1-7 above number.

2. Select the “SYNC” and select “Google” on the dropdown Contacts.

3. Then click out of the window so that the ADVANCE SETTINGS FOR GOOGLE

4. Enter your Username and Password your Google account

5. Then click on EXCEPTIONS to sort choose which contacts will be synchronized

6. Click Ok, and wait a while until synchronization is complete.

7. Completed

Back Up and Restore Contacts

1. Perform steps 1-7 above number.

2. Close the Settings window back to the Main Window

3. Click the Extras tab and select CREATE BACK UP

4. Create Backup window will appear, tick what you want backed up (contacts, sms, notes, etc.).

5. Click Create Backup and specify the folder backup data storage and wait for it to finish

6. Completed

Other Features
